Registration Fees

Optional Dinner - Friday, September 25

The dinner will take place at a local, waterfront restaurant, capturing the spirit of Brooklyn. Registered attendees may bring an unregistered guest to the dinner (cost: $60 USD).



Online Registration

Registration for the meeting and optional dinner is online only. A confirmation email will be sent automatically after you complete your registration. Click on the link below to register now.

Payment

If you submit payment by credit card, the confirmation email will act as a receipt of your payment. If you wish to pay by check, an invoice will be sent to you via email. Once payment has been received, the confirmation letter acting as a receipt will be sent via email.



Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, as well as US money order or check, in US funds only, made out to the order of "Eating Disorders Research Society". Registrations paid by credit card will appear under the name "JPdL Tours and Conventions" on your next credit card statement.



If paying by check, send your payment with a copy of your confirmation email to the Conference Secretariat (address below).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be confirmed by August 25, 2009. After this date, no refunds will be made. Cancellations must be received in writing to the EDRS 2009 Conference. Refunds will be issued after the meeting.
